Professional Formation

Professional Formation includes speaking, EFT supervision, and peer consultation designed to support clinicians and leaders in their ongoing growth.

These spaces invite thoughtful conversation, relational depth, and reflective practice—helping professionals  grown, stay grounded, and aligned in both their work and their lives.

“Formation is the process by which we are shaped into people capable of receiving and giving love.”

— Dallas Willard

Speaking

Whether with organizations, professional communities, or faith-based groups, our aim is not to perform or persuade, but to create space for reflection, honesty, and connection. We speak about emotional health, relationships, leadership, and faith in ways that are accessible, thoughtful, and responsive to each audience.

Much of our work centers on helping people understand which changes truly matter—and how to make those changes in ways that are sustainable and lasting. Drawing from approaches that are both time-tested and deeply practical, we focus on changes that don’t just feel meaningful in the moment, but continue to shape lives long after the conversation ends.

Amy speaks on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment, family systems, trauma, and emotional health within relationships, offering clinically grounded and accessible teaching for therapists, leaders, and communities.

Glenn speaks on spiritual formation and how faith can be simpler and more life-giving than religious systems often allow. He also addresses trauma and abuse within leadership, families, churches, and ministries—naming the personal cost of unhealthy systems and spiritual toxicity.

Together, we bring a grounded honesty, healing, hope, and renewed vision. We address the intersection of emotional health, faith, and leadership with clarity and care.

EFT Supervision

EFIT (Individuals), EFCT (Couples), and EFFT (Families)

Amy is a certified EFT Supervisor and works collaboratively with clinicians to strengthen fidelity to the model, refine intervention choices, and grow confidence in tracking emotion, attachment needs, and interactional patterns.

Supervision emphasizes the elements of EFT that create real change—clear formulation, moment-to-moment attunement, and interventions that move clients toward secure connection and lasting transformation.

Supervision is available for clinicians seeking support with EFT cases, certification requirements, or ongoing professional development.

Peer Consultation

Whether you are practicing counseling, coaching, leadership development, or another relational profession, consultation is an opportunity to slow down, think together, and gain perspective on both your work and yourself within it. These conversations are grounded in mutual respect and shared wisdom, creating space for clarity, encouragement, and the kinds of insights that support meaningful, lasting practice.

Peer consultation offers a thoughtful, collaborative space for professionals who value reflection, integrity, and growth in their work.

Peer consultation is available for clinicians, coaches, and leaders seeking reflective support, ethical clarity, and sustainable professional practice.
