Glenn Davis

Glenn Davis offers counseling and leadership coaching for individuals and leaders seeking clarity, healing, and alignment between their inner life and outward work. With over 15 years of leadership coaching experience, combined with master’s-level supervised counseling training, his work is shaped by values-based leadership and long-term involvement in mission-driven organizations.

Glenn has worked with C-suite leaders and CEOs of important, highly visible organizations, as well as entrepreneurs of fast-growing technology companies and leaders of prominent nonprofit organizations, supporting them as they navigate complexity, responsibility, and the personal cost of leadership.

Glenn brings a grounded, compassionate presence rooted in lived experience. Having walked through trauma and abuse himself, he understands the lasting impact such experiences can carry. His work helps individuals restore dignity, reclaim their voice, and gently move out of shame-based narratives toward trust, connection, and wholeness. His work may include integrative approaches such as IASIS Neurofeedback and Splankna when clinically appropriate.

For leaders, Glenn focuses on turning vision into lived reality—clarifying what matters most, releasing what no longer serves, and developing practical, sustainable processes that reflect integrity and purpose.
